Hopefully you have a lot of time to stand around waiting. Three to four workers there and only one at a time will help you. After being told by the only one working it would be a minute I waited for ten minutes to cash out. Meantime someone else walks in and he goes right to him and starts helping him. Still other workers just sit there. I got tired of waiting and set my stuff on the counter and left. Customer service was a disappointment. Feedback: Get your employees to get off their rear and help customers. I have been a regular there for years. Looking elsewhere now even if it means a longer drive.

Horrible, first person I talked to said he would charge my mower battery which was dead, I had bought it at the store in Feb,then I got a call and was told that it is a defective battery and will be replaced with a new one and I have to come and fill out paperwork. I get there and a different guy tells me that even though it was defective to start with the warranty period of 3 months has just passed so I don't get anything. MY question is , if it was defective to start with it doesn't matter what the warranty was, it was a hazard and I should have had it replaced period. I am a 72 year old female and felt betrayed on all levels, three different stories and I don't have any way of knowing who is telling the truth. I took the old battery and went to Sears where they were most accommodating and I will never buy anything from Advance again, no one told the truth and I feel they were just trying to take advantage of a lady who wouldn't know what to do . I did, I left and will never go back. Beware people what you buy there. Feedback: Honor the fact that you sold defective merchandise and that entitles the buyer to a replacement regardless of the warranty, it could have blown up and caused serious harm since it was defective and to just say it is one month after warranty was not right. I am not buying anything from Advance. Defective parts and no replacement, not good folks , it is your money and this way they keep ripping you off while giving bad parts.
